Jack Estate’s integrated winemaking team works onsite to ensure that strong food safety standards are practiced from the moment the fruit enters the winery. Ultimately striving to produce some of Coonawarra’s best premium wines. They are a member of the local Coonawarrra Grape and Wine Incorporated and have garnered an HACCP Food Safety Accreditation.
Jack Estate also takes great pride in their dedicated employees who commit their time and effort into the product.
